We are working with our
community to maintain quality in the neighborhood. We want to
make sure that residents DO NOT USE our apartment community for
illegal activity. Therefore, we have a very thorough screening
process. They will do a criminal check on
all occupants 18 years of age and older and a credit check will
be done on all applicants.
Please review the following
list of criteria. If you feel you meet these standards, please
apply.
- A complete application /
signed by all applicants
- A verifiable rental
history / paying rent on time / no serious violations / etc.
- Income and resources /
Verifiable gross monthly income / 3x the monthly rent
- Must be 21 years of age
/ Under 21 Co-Signer Needed
- Credit history must
reflect satisfactory information for the past 6 months
- Criminal check will be
done no felonies
Availability: is based on
the availability of vacant apartments at time of move in. Occupancy:
One bedroom apartment is no more than two persons. Two bedroom
apartment is no more than four persons. Vehicles: two vehicles
per apartment; operational with current tags and inspection
sticker. Boats/Trailers may not be parked on property. Pet Deposit:
$150.00; Non-refundable $50.00/Pet addendum must be signed.

Rental agreement: If
you are accepted, you will be required to sign the Texas Apartment
Association Apartment Lease Contract in which you will agree to
abide by the policies of this apartment community. A copy of
this contract is available for your review.
