An apartment will not be held unless a Security Deposit has been paid; then we can hold an apartment for you up to 14 days.

$150.00 Pet Deposit
$50.00 is non-refundable. Limit of two domestic cats or one small dog around 15 pounds.

We pay for trash.

The rent has been reduced to compensate for water allocation.
For the 2005 year water per month will be the following:
